Corporate Yoga is always the highlight of my week!  Emily is a superb instructor, flowing through each class in a way that is both physically challenging and loads of fun, provided you put in the right effort and attitude.  Each class is unique and tailored to the appropriate skill level of the attendees, ensuring nobody feels left out and everybody gets something out of the routine.  Emily has a particular knack for describing each pose with vivid articulation.  As a long time sufferer of lower back pain, yoga has been instrumental in keeping my nagging pain at a low.  Having class in the office at the end of the workday provides a convenient space to practice; I seldom miss a session!


I joined a weekly yoga class led by Emily about a year ago.  It is one of the highlights of the week for me and my co-workers.  This is my first yoga class, and I really enjoy the strength building and stretching combined with mindfulness.  I knew that yoga combined strength building with stretching, but I didn’t realize that it had a meditation aspect to it, and I have found that meditation to be one of the greatest benefits of the class.  The class is in the middle of the day and really helps me relax, re-focus, and re-energize.  Emily has a very soothing voice that helps me focus on the yoga, and she quietly helps out when someone doesn’t get a position quite right.  Emily’s great collection of music sets the right mood for the class each week.  Overall, Emily’s yoga class is a great benefit for me both mentally and physically.


I take yoga with Emily twice a week, during a lunch break at work. Emily is gentle and kind and she clearly has a positive aura about her. She is the kind of person you enjoy being around. At the beginning of each class, Emily checks in with everyone and adjusts the class to our needs of the day. Sometimes we need a more intense workout; sometimes we need gentle stretching. She starts by getting us to focus on our intention for the class, to feel our body, to find our balance. As we move through the poses, she explains the intention of each one, gives clear queues, and teaches us how to listen to our bodies. With a gentle touch, she can tweak your position so you more fully feel the pose work its magic. And she offers alternatives to each pose that allow each of us to challenge ourselves as we want. Emily stresses that some days your balance is spot on and you’ll be able to achieve certain poses, where other days you may not be able to do it, but to do what you can. At the end of every class, I feel like I’ve been on a little vacation. Emily’s yoga class is an oasis in the middle of my day. I wouldn’t miss it!


Emily Masnoon is a talented and accomplished yoga teacher. She meets you right where you’re at, that day, and gently guides you through an hour long routine that is both invigorating and challenging. She is inspiring to experience and I highly recommend her.


I am so happy that [company] has brought Emily in to teach yoga on a weekly bases. It is by far the best hour of the week and prepares me for the hectic days ahead. I literally fall asleep during savasana due to the calming techniques of Emily’s class and tone.
