Emily Masnoon is a Massachusetts native – born and raised in a suburb of Worcester and migrated to Boston to attend Boston University. Yoga made its way into Emily’s life in 2008 and she began teaching in 2010. She has formal training in Hot Power Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Reiki, and Birth Doula services. In addition, she uses her training, experience, energetic nature, and soul gifts to teach Restorative Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga, and Postpartum Yoga. She brings a mix of no-nonsense, light-hearted fun, and a sense of calm to every class she teaches. Her passion and love for inspiring, supporting, and nurturing her clients and students lights her up every single day.

When she’s not teaching a class, or holding a private session, Emily enjoys roaming beaches, practicing yoga, listening to music, singing, dancing, surrounding herself with flowers, sitting in solitude, laughing hysterically with friends, eating good food, being crafty, playing photographer, soaking up the sun, gardening, feeling gratitude for this wonderful life, and striving to improve herself and her gifts each and every day. Jenn Kelly is a 2009 graduate of a 900 hour program at the Cortiva Muscular Therapy Institute, obtained her National certification in 2010 and her Pediatric Certification in 2016. She also has an Associate’s Degree in Studio Art and Early Childhood Education.

Throughout her 9 years of practice Jenn has worked with many different populations, which include athletes, geriatrics, victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, special needs, the LGBTQ community as well as infants and children.

Jenn was first introduced to massage while going through a difficult period in her life. During a time filled with lots of stress and anxiety a good friend gave her a gift certificate for a massage. It was during this session she realized the true power of touch for healing and so her journey began.

“There is nothing more satisfying than being able to give the gift of calm and grounding to others.”

Her artistic self sees therapeutic massage as an art, in which she molds and shapes her client’s muscles back to their original form and function.

“I view every massage session as a way to reconcile with our bodies. The true definition of the word reconcile is to restore to friendship or harmony. The hustle and bustle of life can leave each of us mentally drained and physically exhausted. Our relationship with our body tends to be neglected as our mind and energies are used up daily on other people and their needs. It is my goal, as a massage therapist, to provide each of my clients the opportunity to take care of their body and restore harmony and balance within themselves”

“With the modalities that I have learned throughout the years I tend to describe my style as a “mixed bag” which includes, myofascial release, neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. Each session will begin with a chat and body/mind intake. That way each client receives a unique, personalized session based on their present needs”.
