I have 15 years of experience working in tech and 3 children. I’m well versed in the many demands that working moms juggle. I met Emily when I was pregnant with my first baby. I enjoyed her classes so much that I went back to her for my second and third pregnancies, even moving to all online classes over the past year. I know I’m at my best when I prioritize an active lifestyle that includes my yoga practice. The strength and balance that I experience set the foundation for clarity and courage to make choices that align with what’s most important to me with both career and family.
