I am a Massachusetts native (although, I sometimes feel like I belong in Europe somewhere) who brings a mix of no-nonsense, light-hearted fun, and a sense of calm to every class I teach.

I am Intuitive and Clairsentient.

I have formal training in Power Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and Birth Doula services. In addition, I use my training, experience, energetic nature, and soul gifts to guide my students and clients. My true passions are with teaching and inspiring women who are on the journey of motherhood, from addressing Fertility, through Pregnancy, into the Postpartum period and far beyond into Motherhood.

I support women through group and private yoga, transformational coaching, and birth experience planning so that each of my clients can uncover and show up as their best selves.

How I Found Yoga

I first stumbled upon yoga by accident in 2007 when a yoga teacher subbed for a pilates class that I attended each week. I immediately fell in love with yoga and began to attend the instructor’s yoga classes regularly. I also began downloading free yoga podcasts and started a home practice.

About a year later, I found Prana Power Yoga through a friend and began volunteering as a studio assistant in exchange for free yoga. My heated power yoga practice took my love for yoga to a whole new level. I just couldn’t get enough.

Friends, family, and fellow yogi’s encouraged me to begin teaching, so in 2010 I completed Prana’s 200-hour Teacher Training, learning from Taylor and Philippe Wells, Jacqui BonwellAlex AmorosiLorraine Shedoudi, and a number of other amazing teachers, including Ray Mucci, Michelle Brenes, and Sue Jones.

Yoga has transformed my life physically, emotionally, and spiritually since that first accidental yoga class to the point where I cannot remember my life before or imagine my life without yoga.  Teaching my students brings joy to my life and I feels so honored and excited to have the opportunity of helping them on their yoga journey.
