10 Meditations for a Calm & Intuitive Pregnancy

After witnessing firsthand the impact mindfulness has made on so many of my clients' pregnancy and birth experiences over the years, I'm excited to see how far that impact can go through the power of meditation. This is why I created these meditations.

Bringing a new life into this world requires so much from a mother mentally, physically, and emotionally. That is why I created these meditations - to help expecting moms remain present and seated in themselves so they may experience the miracle of life to the fullest.

These meditations are yours to keep and enjoy at your own pace.  I highly recommend a daily meditation practice.  

Are you done having children? This can still be a great way to get back in touch with your body, mind, and soul so that you may be mindful with your children as you navigate parenthood.
