Join me for an hour of Yoga Nidra (also referred to as Yogic Sleep) - the yoga that requires no physical movement. It is a style of meditation that allows you to lie down, and just listen as you are guided through different stages of relaxation. Yoga Nidra encourages healing and rest at many levels other than just physical. The best part is...all you need to do is show up and be willing.
